What partners see in the portal

Open the company, go to Partnership, and click Portal links to create a link for a sponsor contact. The portal shows their deliverables with every logged delivery and its proof, their results, and a thread for messages. Notes your team writes as internal notes never appear there.

  1. Open the company from Sell → Companies and click the Partnership tab. The company must be a partner, which happens when you sign an agreement with it or click Mark as partner.
  2. Click Portal links, then New link.
  3. Enter the contact’s email, and optionally a name and when the link expires.
  4. Under Security, choose Require a PIN, Require the partner to sign in, or neither.
  5. Click Create and copy to share it yourself, or Create and email to email it to the contact.

Create one link per contact. From the same list you can copy a link, and from its ⋯ menu email it again, replace it with a new link, add or reset a PIN, or revoke it. The sidebar’s Deliver → Partner portal lists every partner’s portal in one place.

What the sponsor sees

The portal carries your logo and colors. A sponsor can move between these sections:

SectionWhat’s there
DeliverablesEach deliverable with its status and due date, every logged delivery with its numbers and proof files, and specifications they need to meet
ApprovalsWork you sent for approval; they approve it or request changes
Brand assetsWhere they upload logos and creative for your team to review
PhotosGalleries you share with them to download
PerformanceResults across their deliverables, video analyses linked to their company, published recaps, and a PDF export
AgreementsTheir agreements with you and the files, once you send them for signature

Every logged week, month, or quarter shows in the portal, with or without proof, so log proof before you save when you can.

What stays with your team

On a deliverable, the Activity card has two kinds of posts. An Internal note is visible only to your team, and you can tag teammates with @. A message to the partner appears in their portal.

Your checklist and the deliverable’s owner also stay internal.

Message a partner

  1. On the deliverable, click Message partner. The Activity composer switches to the partner.
  2. Pick which of the partner’s contacts should get an email. Only contacts with an email on file can be picked.
  3. Write the message and click Send to partner.

The message posts to the deliverable’s notes and feedback thread in the portal. Contacts you picked also get an email; if you pick nobody, it posts to the portal without emailing anyone.

When a sponsor writes a note in the portal, it appears in the deliverable’s Activity card, and your workspace owners and admins get a notification and an email.
