Website Forms and Free Tools
When you use a form or free tool on our website without an account, such as the “Who sponsors ___?” lookup, the contact form or a newsletter signup, we collect:
- Your work email address and the company domain it belongs to
- What you looked up or asked about, such as the team, event or brand you searched for
- How you reached us: the page, referring site and campaign tags
- Your marketing preference, where we ask for one
We don’t need an account, a password or payment details for these tools. We check that an email address belongs to a working business domain, but we don’t email you to confirm it.

Important Note
Our AI systems are designed to assist and enhance human decision-making, not replace it. You always retain control over your data and final sponsorship decisions.
Connecting AI Assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok)
You can choose to connect an outside AI assistant to your SponsorFlo workspace through our connector. It is off until you connect it.
- • What it can see: when you connect, you sign in to SponsorFlo and approve access to one workspace. The assistant can read the workspace data your account can already see, such as partners, deals, agreements, deliverables and decks. It cannot create, change or delete anything.
- • Where that data goes: information the assistant reads is sent to that assistant's provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI) and is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy.
- • What we record: for each request we log which tool ran, when, whether it worked and how many results came back. We do not store the questions you ask the assistant or the data it receives.
- • Turning it off: disconnect at any time under Settings → Integrations → AI assistants, and access stops right away. You can also remove the connector inside the assistant.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share your data in these limited circumstances:

Marketing Emails and Your Choices
If you give us your email through a website form or free tool, we may send you occasional updates about SponsorFlo. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email, or by writing to privacy@sponsorflo.ai.
If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we only send marketing emails if you tick the opt-in box. Using the lookup without ticking it doesn’t sign you up.
We keep website lead information while it’s useful for responding to you and for marketing you haven’t opted out of. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
