How quickly can I get started?
You can create an account, explore the live demo, or start a self-serve plan and add inventory the same day. Most teams feel the product once they have packages in place and send a first deck.
Can you set up our workspace for us?
Yes for qualified customers. Send a sponsorship deck, rate card, sponsor list, and any agreements you want imported — we will help build the initial workspace so you log in to inventory, packages, and pipeline instead of a blank account. Ask via the form or support@sponsorflo.ai.
What kind of support do you provide?
Email support for every plan, plus a help center. Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager. We do not promise 24/7 live chat or phone coverage on self-serve plans.
What can I connect today?
Email connects through Gmail or Outlook. SponsorFlo is the sponsorship system of record for inventory, decks, deals, agreements, and deliverables. Broader connectors are scoped only for Enterprise when there is a clear need.
