What does SponsorFlo Staffing do each month?

SponsorFlo Staffing puts a sponsorship pro on your SponsorFlo workspace who does the work a full-time seller would: building inventory, pricing packages, making decks, finding targets, running outreach, and keeping every sponsor's deliverables on track. A sponsorship pro who has sold and run sponsorships, working hand in hand with SponsorFlo's AI, inside your workspace.

  • Inventory

They list what you can sell, from signage and jersey patches to hospitality and digital, with the counts and photos a sponsor will ask about.

  • Pricing and packages

They price each asset and bundle them into packages, so a jersey patch, a few boards, and a hospitality night become one offer with one price.

  • Decks

They build a branded deck for each prospect in Deck Studio, with the sponsor’s logo mocked up on your real assets.

  • Target lists

They pick the brands worth pitching, ranked by fit and timing, and keep the list on your pipeline.

  • Outreach

They write and send the first emails and follow-ups from your own mailbox and under your name, after you approve them.

  • Delivery and fulfillment

They track every deliverable you sold, collect proof of performance, and keep the partner portal current for each sponsor.

How much does SponsorFlo Staffing cost?

Who will I work with?

Every Partnerships Manager and Director is a Sponsorship Engineer: years of selling and running sponsorships, and hands-on command of the AI that does your department's work. Like the engineers leading software companies embed with their customers, they work inside your team.

A senior partnerships pro, part-time, leading an AI department that works every day. Before you hire your next seller, give the team you have a department behind them.

Your Sponsorship Engineers work with the AI built into SponsorFlo, the same models, checks and approvals your team uses: see how SponsorFlo's AI works.

How does a SponsorFlo Staffing engagement start?

A SponsorFlo Staffing engagement starts with a request and a call, then a written statement of work you sign before any work begins, then a kickoff inside your SponsorFlo workspace.

  1. Request

Schedule a call, or ask from Settings → Billing if you already use SponsorFlo. Tell us what you sell, who sponsors you today, and what a good season looks like.

  2. Call

We go through your inventory, your current sponsors and your goals with you, then recommend a tier and a way to pay that fit them.

  3. Statement of work

You get a written SOW with the tier, what is included each month, the term and the price. Nothing starts until you sign it.

  4. Kickoff

Your Partnerships Manager or Partnerships Director joins your workspace with a "Partnerships pro (SponsorFlo Staffing)" role and starts on your Department Launch or your first month of work.

Who owns the data and decks?

You do: everything your SponsorFlo partnerships pro builds with SponsorFlo Staffing lives in your SponsorFlo workspace and stays yours, including inventory, packages, decks, target lists, emails, and deliverables.

Your SponsorFlo partnerships pro joins your workspace with a visible "Partnerships pro (SponsorFlo Staffing)" role. The role can do the sponsorship work, but it is not an admin, so it cannot change billing or manage your team.

Everything your SponsorFlo partnerships pro does is labelled "Partnerships pro" and listed in an activity log your admins can see. If they send a podcast read proposal to a sponsor, the deck and the email show up there under their name.

Can I stop SponsorFlo Staffing or revoke access?

Yes. Any admin in your SponsorFlo workspace can stop the engagement or revoke your SponsorFlo partnerships pro's access at any time from Settings → Team, and access ends immediately.

Your inventory, decks, deals, and sponsor records stay in your workspace when access ends, so whoever picks up the work next starts from the same records.

What are the ground rules for SponsorFlo Staffing?

Every SponsorFlo Staffing engagement runs on the same rules, so you stay in control of what goes out under your name.

  • Nothing is sent, signed or priced without your approval.
  • You own all the data in your workspace, even after you cancel.
  • Your counsel approves contracts.
  • No conflicts of interest: your SponsorFlo partnerships pro never works both sides of a deal.
  • Work beyond a tier’s limits is priced as added scope: extra meetings, decks or properties.

Questions about SponsorFlo Staffing

Is SponsorFlo an agency?
No. SponsorFlo is software where AI does the sponsorship work, and a SponsorFlo Partnerships Manager or Director is a sponsorship pro who runs it inside your workspace. Your brands, contacts, decks and contracts stay in your workspace, and you approve everything that is sent, signed or priced.
Who is SponsorFlo Staffing for?
SponsorFlo Staffing is for teams, events, venues, cities, nonprofits, and agencies that sell sponsorships without a full-time seller, or with a seller who has more deals than time. Agencies and multi-property organizations use a Portfolio Director, which covers up to 5 properties; more are priced per property.
What does the Department Launch include?
The Department Launch runs 4–6 weeks and includes an inventory audit; pricing and packages, with comparables, floors and assumptions; a brand kit, a master deck and 3–5 targeted decks; a target list of 50–100 brands ranked by fit and timing; first outreach from your own mailbox, with your approval; a playbook: pitch, objections, renewal calendar and a 90-day plan. How does Performance pricing work?
Performance pricing lets you pay as deals close with SponsorFlo Staffing, and it is built for properties with inventory but no budget. It includes SponsorFlo Pro, plus a share of new sponsorship revenue the team sources and closes; starts with a Department Launch to confirm your inventory can sell; we qualify who we take on. Terms are set on a call, so talk to us.
Does SponsorFlo Staffing guarantee sponsorship revenue?
No. Your SponsorFlo partnerships pro does the sponsorship work in SponsorFlo, but no one can promise which brands will buy or what a season will bring. On-site work, such as hanging signage or hosting a hospitality night, stays with your staff.
I already use SponsorFlo. How do I ask for SponsorFlo Staffing?
Open Settings → Billing in SponsorFlo and ask for SponsorFlo Staffing there, or schedule a call with us. Your SponsorFlo partnerships pro then joins the workspace you already use.
