Seeing an outage?
Email support@sponsorflo.ai with what you were doing and any error text. We respond during business hours and prioritize production blockers for paying customers.
What we can say honestly
- App hosting is on Vercel; primary data is on Supabase with per-tenant row-level security.
- Traffic is served over HTTPS. Tenant data is isolated by workspace.
- When we have a public status feed backed by real monitoring, it will live here. Until then, email is the source of truth for incidents.
