Turn an agreement into deliverables
Open the agreement, go to the Deliverables tab, and click Create from items. SponsorFlo adds one deliverable for each item that doesn’t have one yet. If you created the agreement by uploading a contract, Flo has already added the deliverables it found.
Create deliverables from the agreement’s items
- Open the agreement from Deliver → Agreements and go to the Deliverables tab.
- Click Create from items.
- Check the new deliverables in the list. Run it again after adding items, and only the new items get deliverables.
| On the deliverable | Comes from |
|---|---|
| Title and description | The item |
| Quantity and value | The item’s quantity and total |
| Due date | The end of the item’s period, or else the agreement’s end date |
| Inventory link | The inventory asset, when the item was added from inventory |
A package becomes one deliverable for each item inside it, so a package with a jersey patch and four social posts gives you two deliverables.
Deliverables from an uploaded contract
When you create an agreement by uploading a PDF or Word contract, Flo creates a deliverable for each sponsor benefit it finds and links it to matching inventory where it can. Check each one against the contract on the agreement’s Review tab, then assign owners on the Deliverables tab.
Note: Deliverables Flo found in a contract aren’t tied to the agreement’s items, so Create from items can add a second deliverable for the same benefit. Check the list before you use it on an uploaded contract.
Add a deliverable by hand
Click Add deliverable, or Add by hand on an empty list. Enter a title, then set the category, priority, Due date, Quantity, and inventory link if you need them.
Next: schedule and deliver
Full board opens every deliverable for this agreement. From each one, set a repeating schedule and targets (Record metrics and set targets), and log what ran with proof (Log a delivery and attach proof).
