Create the agreement

  1. Go to Deliver → Agreements and click New agreement.
  2. Choose Upload, Template, or Blank. For Upload, drop a PDF or Word file. The term dates, fee, exclusivity, renewal, deliverables, and payment schedule appear in the sheet as Flo finds them. For Template, pick one from the list.
  3. Pick the company the agreement is with. After an upload, Flo suggests the company named in the document, and you can create a new company from the picker.
  4. Enter a Title, for example “2026 Season sponsorship”.
  5. Under Deal, pick the open deal this agreement closes, or leave it on New deal, marked won. Picking a deal marks it won and copies its items into the agreement.
  6. Click Create agreement, Create from template, or Create & open editor. The new agreement opens as a draft. After an upload it opens on the Review tab.

Review what Flo extracted

The Review tab lists every key term, deliverable, and installment Flo took from the contract, each with the clause it came from. Key terms also show how confident Flo was. Click Mark reviewed once a line matches the contract, or Edit to fix it; saving an edit marks the line reviewed. The count at the top of the agreement, for example “3 of 12 reviewed”, shows how far you are.

Note: Nothing goes to the sponsor while the agreement is a draft until you send it, and its deliverables stay out of the sponsor’s portal. If lines are still unreviewed when you click Mark signed, Send to sponsor, or Request signature, SponsorFlo asks first. Click Review first to go to the Review tab, or go ahead anyway.

Tip: Already tracking the deal? Use Mark won on the deal instead. It creates the draft agreement with the deal’s items and value. See Track a deal.

Fill in the dates, value, and terms

  • Dates and value: on the Overview tab, click Edit details to set the title, type, total value, Start date, and End date, then click Save.
  • Items: click Add items (or Edit items once it has some), add inventory, packages, or custom lines, and click Save items. The agreement’s value then follows the total of its items.
  • Contract text and clauses: click Draft in editor to write the document, or Upload document to add a PDF or Word file for Flo to read. Once there is a document, Open editor changes it.
  • People: in the People card, click Add participant to add reviewers, approvers, and the sponsor’s contacts.

Note: Items can be changed only while the agreement is a draft. Once it’s out for signature or active, they’re fixed.

Make a template

Go to Deliver → Agreements, open the Templates tab, and click Create template. Templates you create appear under Template the next time you click New agreement.
