See which agreements are up for renewal
Go to Insights → Renewals in the sidebar. The Renewal pipeline card groups your active agreements by how soon they end and lists the ones ending in the next 60 days first. Click an agreement to open it.
Read the renewal pipeline
The Renewal pipeline card counts active agreements in four groups by end date, with the total value in each group:

Under Requires Immediate Attention, the card lists up to five agreements ending within 60 days. Click one to open the agreement and start the renewal conversation.
Filter your agreements by end date
- Go to Deliver → Agreements.
- Click Advanced Filters.
- Under Renewal Alert, choose Renewing in 90 days. You can also pick 30 days, 60 days, or 6 months.
The list then shows active and pending-signature agreements ending in that window, soonest first. The Renewals number at the top of the page counts agreements ending in the next 30 days.
Renewals on Home and in the Flo queue
Agreements ending in the next 90 days also appear on Home as renewal rows, with the contract value and days left. Click Draft renewal to start a renewal deck for that partner. See Build a renewal deck.
Each night, Flo checks agreements ending within 90 days. For each one without an open renewal deal, it prepares a renewal deal and a draft outreach email and puts them in the Flo queue for you to approve. When Flo has drafts waiting, the row on Home shows Review draft instead. Nothing is created or sent until you approve it.
Note: If you skip Flo’s renewal drafts for an agreement, Flo won’t suggest that renewal again for 60 days.
In a brand workspace
Go to Portfolio → Renewals. It lists each sponsorship renewing in the next 180 days with its renewal date and contract value. Flo also writes a renew, renegotiate, or drop brief for sponsorships renewing within 90 days and puts it in the Flo queue.
