Approve or skip Flo’s drafts
Click Flo queue in the sidebar. Each card shows what Flo wants to do and what approving it will do. Click the main button to approve, Edit to change it first, or Skip to pass.
What ends up in the queue
Flo checks your workspace every night and files what needs a person: renewal deals and outreach emails for agreements ending soon, check-ins on deliverables that are falling behind, follow-up emails and tasks for proposals and deals that have gone quiet, deal stage changes, and missing company details to fill in. The number next to Flo queue in the sidebar counts what is waiting.
Cards are sorted with the most money first. Use the type chips at the top to show only emails, new deals, check-ins, or another type.
Approve, edit, or skip
Under each draft, one sentence says what approving does. The main button names the outcome, so you know what will happen before you click:

| Save email draft | Saves the email as a draft in Outreach. Nothing is sent until you send it. |
| Open deal | Opens the deal, or the renewal deal, in your pipeline. |
| Add to my tasks | Adds the check-in or follow-up to your tasks. |
| Move deal | Moves the deal to the stage shown. |
| Run research | Fills in the company’s details, such as industry and size, from its website. |
Click Edit to change the fields first, then approve with your changes. On an email, Rewrite with AI gives you a new version; you can pick a tone or add instructions.
Click Skip when you don’t want it. Flo won’t suggest the same thing again right away.
Find what you approved or skipped
Use the tabs at the top: Waiting on you, Done, and Skipped. To bring back something you skipped, open Skipped and click Move back to Waiting on you. Last run shows what Flo checked and did on its most recent run.
Get the queue by email
Flo’s Monday brief is one email each Monday with the five things that most need you, biggest money first, with approve links. Turn it on in Settings → Agent autonomy with Send me the brief.
