Connect Gmail or Outlook

Go to Settings → Email accounts and click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook, then sign in to that mailbox. Email you send from Outreach then goes out from your own address, and its replies appear in a Gmail or Outlook folder in your Outreach inbox.

How email works before you connect

You can send email from SponsorFlo without connecting anything. By default it goes out from your workspace’s own address, shown under Default sender on the Email accounts page, and replies come back to Inbox in Outreach.

Connect a mailbox when you want sponsors to see your usual address and reply to it.

Connect your mailbox

  1. Go to Settings → Email accounts.
  2. Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
  3. Sign in to the mailbox and allow access. You return to Email accounts with a confirmation.

Note: Google is still verifying SponsorFlo’s Gmail connection, so Gmail may show an “Access blocked” screen. Outlook usually connects without this. If Gmail is blocked for you, contact support@sponsorflo.ai.

A connected mailbox applies only to the workspace you connected it in. If you work in several workspaces, connect it in each one you send from.

What changes after you connect

  • Email you send from Outreach, including decks you attach, goes out from your connected mailbox.
  • Your Outreach inbox gains a Gmail or Outlook folder for that mailbox’s incoming mail, plus a matching Sent folder.
  • Emails you send to people in your contacts are recorded on that contact.

Disconnect a mailbox

Your connected mailbox is listed under Settings → Calendar. Click Disconnect next to it. Email then goes out from your workspace address again.
