Send a partnership recap

Generate the recap

1. Open the company from Sell → Companies and click the Partnership tab. Recaps are available once the company is a partner.
2. In the Recaps card, click Open recaps, then Generate new recap.
3. Optionally add Custom Instructions (optional), such as “Focus on the digital deliverables” or “Lead with the playoff run.”
4. Click Generate Recap. SponsorFlo shows its progress while it writes.

The recap draws on the partner’s deliverables and their status, logged proof, recorded metrics, brand assets they uploaded, video analyses and social posts linked to them, and the market value of their deliverables. Analyses and posts you hid or archived are left out.

What’s in a recap

A recap opens with an executive summary and key highlights, then covers performance by deliverable, social media results, ROI and media value, recommendations, a closing statement, and anything still pending. A gallery of proof images and the partner’s video content come last.

Click Edit on any section to change the wording before you share it.

Publish and share

1. Open the recap and click Publish.
2. Choose who can open it: anyone with the link, a password, viewers who enter their email, or both. With email access you can limit it to specific addresses.
3. Click Publish recap, then Copy link and send it to your sponsor.

The recap list shows each recap’s view count. Partners with portal access also find published recaps under Recaps on their portal’s Performance page. Anyone who opens the link can download it as a PDF.

Report on a single deliverable

For one deliverable, such as a jersey patch, open its More actions menu and click Export ROI report. Pick a report period, click Generate report, then Share report. You can copy a share link that expires after a set time, email the report to your partner, or click Download as PDF.
