Measure sponsor exposure in your videos

Go to Insights → Media value, click Analyze a video, and paste a link or pick a video from Files. SponsorFlo finds every sponsor logo, times how long each one is on screen, and estimates the media value. Each analysis uses credits based on the video’s length.

Analyze a video

  1. Go to Insights → Media value and click Analyze a video.
  2. Choose Paste a link and paste a YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, or direct video link. Or choose Choose a file to pick a video you’ve already added to Files.
  3. Under Analysis type, keep ROI measurement to value placements, or pick Fulfillment or Competitive.
  4. Type the sponsors to look for in Brands to look for, pressing Enter after each. Naming them helps SponsorFlo catch smaller or less familiar brands.
  5. Optionally click Add post metrics to enter views and engagement, and Link to an agreement to tie the video to a partner and pick the deliverables it covers.
  6. Start the analysis. It runs in the background and appears at the top of the list when it’s ready.

Videos you upload from your computer go into Files first. Videos can be up to four hours long.

In a brand workspace, open the same page from Performance → Video ROI.

Read the results

Open an analysis to see its estimated media value, an effectiveness score from 0 to 100, and the number of brands and detections.

  • When each brand is on screen shows a timeline for every brand, so you can jump to each appearance.
  • Brand scorecards show each brand’s time On screen, its share of all brand time, its detections, and a placement score.
  • Click Brand report on a scorecard to see that sponsor’s appearances, exposure, quality, and estimated value.
  • What this clip tells you sums up what worked, what held placements back, and what to try next time. The AI insights tab has the full write-up.

Back on the list, switch to By sponsor to see every video each sponsor appears in. For how the dollar figure is built, see How media value is calculated.

Use an analysis as proof

  1. Open the analysis and go to the Sync tab.
  2. Click Sync to deliverables. SponsorFlo matches each detected sponsor to open deliverables that name it, limited to the agreement and deliverables you linked, if any.
  3. Each matched deliverable gets the video’s appearances, exposure time, placement score, and its share of the media value, with frames from the video as evidence.

The Used as proof count on the list shows how many analyses are linked to deliverables. Partners with a portal link see completed analyses linked to their company on their Performance page.

Note: To keep an analysis from a partner, open its menu on the list and click Hide or Archive. Hidden and archived analyses and social posts stay off the portal and out of recaps and company reports. Metrics you already synced to deliverables stay on those deliverables.

Share a report

Click Export report on an analysis, or the export button on a sponsor’s Brand report. Pick the brands, videos, and sections, then click Generate report. In the preview, click Download PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Credits

A video uses one credit for every started 90 minutes, so a 2-hour game uses two. A social post also runs an engagement analysis for one credit more. When SponsorFlo can’t tell a video’s length in advance, you need at least two credits to start.

Your balance is at the top of the Media value page. Click it to open Buy analysis credits and pay once through Stripe:

PackCreditsPrice
Starter25$19

Note: If an analysis fails, SponsorFlo returns its credits.
