Build a renewal deck
On Home, find the partner’s renewal row and click Draft renewal. Deck Studio opens a new deck with the company and a renewal brief already filled in. Under Deck type, choose Structured, then Renewal, and click Create deck.
Start from the renewal row
- On Home, click Draft renewal next to the partner. Renewal rows appear for active agreements ending in the next 90 days. If the row says Review draft, Flo has already prepared renewal drafts; they open in the Flo queue.
- Check the Name and the company under Pitch subject (optional).
- Under Deck type, click Structured. Under What kind of deck?, click Renewal, then pick a Look.
- Read the brief, add anything you want the deck to say, and click Create deck.
The brief names the partner, the season you are renewing for, when the current agreement ends, and the share of its deliverables marked delivered. Flo drafts the first version as soon as the deck opens.
What a renewal deck includes
The Renewal deck type has up to eight slides: a cover, proof of what you delivered this season, measurement, your inventory, packages showing the renewal and one upgrade, the ask, a plan for the first 90 days, and a closing slide.
Flo uses what your workspace knows: the partner’s current and previous agreements, your inventory and packages, and the brief. Every number on a slide needs a source. If Flo can’t source a number, it leaves the number out.
Tip: Have results the workspace doesn’t hold yet, like attendance at the sponsor’s activation? Add them to the brief with where they came from, so Flo can put them on the proof slide.
Check it before you send
Deck Studio lists anything that needs fixing under Before you send, such as a number without a source. Items that block sending must be fixed before the deck can go out. Then edit the slides and send the deck as a tracked link. See Send a tracked deck.
