Set a repeating schedule and target

A repeating schedule splits the deliverable into periods, each with its own report and proof. A season of monthly social posts with a 250,000-impression target per month is a typical example.

  1. Open the deliverable and click Edit schedule in the Delivery and proof card. On a one-time deliverable, click Make this repeating instead. The Delivery schedule sheet opens.
  2. Under How often, pick Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
  3. Enter a Target (optional) for each period and choose What it counts: impressions, clicks, posts, mentions, views, or Something else.
  4. Under Term, leave the dates blank to use the agreement’s term, or set your own start and end.
  5. Under Reports, set how many days after each period ends the report is due.
  6. Check the preview at the bottom and click Save schedule.

Tip: Leave the target blank to track one report a period with proof and no number.

Changing the schedule later keeps the deliveries you already logged. Any that no longer line up with the new periods stop showing on the period strip.

Read the status of each period

Once you log periods, the Delivery and proof card marks each one, and the deliverable gets an overall health such as On track, Proof needed, Under target, or Behind.

StatusWhat it means
Met, with proofLogged with proof, and at or above the target if there is one
Under targetLogged with proof, but below the target
Logged, no proofNumbers are in; add a screenshot or report
Report dueThe period has ended and its report is due soon
Not loggedThe report is past due and nothing has been logged

The Performance card charts each period against the target and totals what you delivered. For an impressions target it also shows clicks and click-through rate.

Set KPI targets on any deliverable

Use KPI targets when you want to track several numbers, such as impressions, reach, and conversions for one campaign.

  1. Open the deliverable. On a one-time deliverable, find Campaign metrics; on a repeating one, open Detailed metrics and AI analysis first.
  2. Click Manual KPIs and targets, then the Targets tab.
  3. Click Set KPI targets (or Edit targets), pick a KPI, and enter the target value and unit. Suggest with AI proposes targets based on the deliverable.
  4. Click Save targets.

Record measurements by hand

  1. In Manual KPIs and targets, open the Measurements tab and click Record measurement.
  2. Fill in the numbers you have: impressions, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, or video views. Any target you set shows next to its field.
  3. Choose the Data source, such as Instagram Insights or Event data, so others know where the number came from.
  4. Click Save measurements.

The Overview tab totals every measurement and compares it with your targets. To skip the typing, drop the report on Campaign metrics instead. See Let Flo read a report for you.
