Build your first deck with Flo
Go to Sell → Decks and click New deck. Tell Flo who the deck is for, answer its few questions, and click Create deck. Flo writes and designs the first draft in the editor, and you refine it by asking for changes.
Start a new deck
- Go to Sell → Decks and click New deck. Right after setup, Create your first deck on the welcome page opens the same thing.
- Flo asks one question at a time, such as which kind of deck this is and which company it’s for. Tap a suggested answer or type your own.
- To use photos or a sample deck, add them under Photos & reference files. You can attach up to five files, and they’re saved to your Files library.
- When Flo shows the plan, with a title, who it’s for, and the deck type, click Create deck. To change something first, click Back to chat.
Tip: Leave Brand context: on so Flo uses your setup answers and doesn’t ask about your organization again.
What Flo builds from
- Your setup answers and company profile.
- Your inventory and packages, so the deck lists what you actually sell.
- Photos and documents in your library, plus anything you attached.
- What SponsorFlo knows about the company you’re pitching, when it’s in your companies list.
- Your logo and brand colors.
The editor shows Flo’s progress while it researches the company, structures the story, and designs the slides.
Make changes
Type what you want in the chat beside the deck, for example “Use the stadium photo on the cover” or “Add a slide on our podcast audience.” Switch between View, Edit, and Comment at the top, and click Present to see it full screen. See Edit a slide and Change how a deck looks.
Note: A free trial includes one deck, a limited number of requests to Flo inside it, and one tracked link to share it. More decks, downloads, and a separate link for each sponsor unlock on a paid plan. See Plans and pricing.
Still stuck? Ask Flo in the app, or email support@sponsorflo.ai. We typically reply within one business day.
