Change a deck’s look
Click the badge next to the deck’s title in the editor. On a structured deck, pick another look and every slide restyles with the same content. On a free-form deck, pick a look and click Just restyle to keep your copy.
Switch the look on a structured deck
The badge next to the title shows the current look and whether the deck is ready to send, for example “Sport look · Ready.” Click it, then pick a look under Look. Every slide restyles and keeps its content, and your brand colors and logo apply in every look.

The same panel lists anything to fix under Before you send, such as a number without a source.
Change the look and feel of a free-form deck
- Click the badge next to the title. It shows the deck’s current look, or Brand kit if none is applied.
- In Change look & feel, pick a look.
- Click Just restyle to change fonts and colors and keep your copy, or Regenerate from scratch to have Flo redraft the whole deck in the new look’s voice.
Change brand colors, fonts, and logos
On the Decks page, click Brand identity to set the colors, fonts, and logos every deck uses, and to save named presets. To use a saved preset on one deck only, click the Org brand badge next to the deck’s title and pick it under Brand preset.
When the layouts can’t do what you need
In a structured deck’s look panel, click Unlock design to turn it into a free-form deck you can change freely with Flo and the inspector. The slides stay as they are, but you can no longer switch looks and the checks before sending stop. Undo brings the structured version back.
