Set up your workspace with Flo

Setup is a short chat with Flo. Paste your website or drop a media kit and Flo fills in most of the answers, then asks about anything it still needs. When the required details are in, click Continue to welcome, then Create your first deck.

What Flo asks for

Setup has three steps, shown across the top of the page: Your organization, What you sell, and First deck. Flo needs five things before you can continue: your organization’s name, whether you sell or buy sponsorships, your website (or that you don’t have one), what you do in a sentence or two, and the main thing you want SponsorFlo to help with.

Everything else is optional, but it makes decks more specific: where you’re based, your audience, the kinds of sponsors you usually work with, and the assets you sell, like a jersey patch, a booth, or a podcast read. Your first deck builds beside the chat as you answer, starting from a sample for what you run.

Answer in the chat

  1. Paste your website address and click Build my deck. Your logo, colors, photos, and what you sell appear on the deck as Flo finds them.
  2. No website? Click No website yet and tell Flo about your organization, or click Upload a media kit or past deck. Under What do you run?, pick the closest match to see a sample deck for it.
  3. Answer the questions Flo still has. To check what it saved, click Review details.
  4. When the required details are in, click Continue to welcome. To stop and come back later, click Finish later; your answers and the conversation are saved.

After setup

The welcome page shows What Flo set up: your company profile, your assets, draft packages built from those assets, and an image library for mockups. Click Create your first deck to open Deck Studio with Flo, or Go to my workspace to go to your dashboard. See Build your first deck.

Make your decks sharper

These are optional, and you can add them any time. On the welcome page, click Add them under Make your decks sharper.
