Export your data
Each list exports from its own page. On Agreements, open the menu next to New agreement and click Export CSV. Contacts, companies, deliverables, and payments work the same way, and the export follows the filters you have applied.
Where to export each list

| Agreements | Deliver → Agreements | Open the ⋯ menu and click Export CSV or Export JSON. |
| Deliverables | Deliver → Deliverables | Click Actions, then Export as CSV. |
| Contacts | Sell → Contacts | Click Actions, then Export CSV. |
| Companies | Sell → Companies | Select the companies, click More, then Export selected. |
| Invoices and payments | Money → Billing | Click Export and pick payment schedules, payment history, invoices, or the AR aging report. |
Note: Exporting companies and contacts needs a paid plan. Read-only members can’t export.
Download your personal data
Go to Settings → Privacy and click Download next to Export your data. You get a JSON file of what SponsorFlo holds about you: your profile, memberships, mailboxes, drafts, Flo chats, and privacy choices. Workspace records such as companies and contacts belong to the workspace, so export them from their lists.
