Add seats and partners
You don’t need to upgrade to grow. Invite the teammate or sign the partner, and SponsorFlo adds $49 a month for each seat or $35 a month for each partner over your plan. Settings → Plan and billing shows how many you are using.
What counts

A company becomes a partner when its agreement becomes active, and stops counting when its last active agreement ends and it becomes a former partner. Archived companies don’t count.
Add more
- Invite the teammate or activate the agreement as usual. See Invite a teammate.
- SponsorFlo updates your subscription within a few minutes. Stripe prorates the charge for the rest of the billing period.
- Check Settings → Plan and billing. Under Current plan, Seats and Partners show how many you are using and how many are over the plan.
Reduce what you pay
Remove members you no longer need, or mark finished sponsors as former partners. The extra charge drops the same way it was added. If you regularly go over, compare plans: a larger plan can cost less than the add-ons. See Plans and pricing.
