Integrations: Claude
The SponsorFlo connector for Claude gives Claude read-only access to your SponsorFlo workspace, so sponsorship teams can ask about sponsors, pipeline, renewals, and deliverables in plain language. Claude answers from your own SponsorFlo data, links each answer back to the deal or agreement, and can't change anything.
Connector URL: https://mcp.sponsorflo.ai/mcp. Read-only, one workspace you choose.
Which sponsorship agreements renew in the next 90 days, and are any deliverables behind for those sponsors?
Used SponsorFlo: List agreements, List deliverables
Three agreements end in the next 90 days:
Start with Lakeshore: it is the largest renewal and the one with work outstanding.
Setup takes a couple of minutes and needs no API key: you sign in with your SponsorFlo account.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and connect SponsorFlo from the directory, or add a custom connector with https://mcp.sponsorflo.ai/mcp.
Sign in to SponsorFlo, review what the connector can read, choose the workspace Claude may read, and click Allow.
Ask Claude about renewals, deliverables, pipeline, or one sponsor. Answers come from your SponsorFlo data and link back to it.
You connect SponsorFlo to Claude by adding the SponsorFlo connector, signing in with your SponsorFlo account, and choosing which workspace Claude may read. You need a SponsorFlo account and any Claude plan; the free Claude plan allows one custom connector. There is no API key to copy.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. If SponsorFlo is listed in the connector directory, choose it and click Connect. Otherwise click Add custom connector, name it SponsorFlo, paste https://mcp.sponsorflo.ai/mcp, and click Add. A connector you add on claude.ai is also available in the Claude desktop and mobile apps.
An Owner adds SponsorFlo once in Organization settings → Connectors (Add, then Custom, then the URL above). Each member then finds SponsorFlo under Customize → Connectors, clicks Connect, and signs in with their own SponsorFlo account.
Run claude mcp add --transport http sponsorflo https://mcp.sponsorflo.ai/mcp, then type /mcp in Claude Code and choose SponsorFlo to sign in in your browser.
When you click Connect, Claude opens SponsorFlo's sign-in page. Sign in the way you normally do, then SponsorFlo shows what the connector can read and asks which workspace to connect. If you belong to more than one workspace, pick the one you want Claude to read; Claude only ever sees that one. Click Allow and you return to Claude, connected. To switch workspaces later, disconnect and connect again.
If Claude asks how it should register with SponsorFlo, choose Register automatically. Your connector URL and setup steps for ChatGPT and Grok are also in SponsorFlo under Settings → Integrations → AI assistants.
With SponsorFlo connected, you can ask Claude about your sponsors, deals, renewals, and deliverables in plain language, and it answers from your SponsorFlo workspace. Each answer links back to the record in SponsorFlo, so you can open the partner page, agreement, or deal it came from.
“Which sponsorship agreements renew in the next 90 days?”
What you get: Active agreements ending in that window, soonest first, with the sponsor, end date, days left, and whether auto-renew is on. Agreement values appear if your SponsorFlo role can see agreement money.
“Which deliverables are behind or still need proof?”
What you get: The deliverables your team owes sponsors that are behind schedule or missing proof of performance, with the agreement, sponsor, next due date, and how many proof files are attached.
“Summarize our open pipeline by stage.”
What you get: Deal count and value at each stage from prospect through verbal, plus the most recently worked deals with their company, value, expected close date, and next step.
“Give me a briefing on Lakeshore Credit Union before my call.”
What you get: One sponsor in depth: relationship and partner status, open deals with stage and value, active agreements, deliverable health, decks you have sent them and how often they were opened, and what to do next.
“Which brands sponsor teams like ours that we have not pitched yet?”
What you get: Up to eight brands from SponsorFlo Market that sponsor teams, events, or venues at your level, with each brand’s category and how many properties it sponsors, leaving out companies already in your SponsorFlo.
“Which sponsors got the most media value from our video this season?”
What you get: Estimated media value (EMV) per sponsor brand from your Sponsorship ROI analyses, with logo detections, seconds on screen, and each brand’s share of the total. These are estimates, not invoiced amounts.
The SponsorFlo connector gives Claude read-only access to one SponsorFlo workspace: your companies, pipeline, agreements and renewals, deliverables, inventory, sponsor value, and decks, limited to what you can already see in SponsorFlo.
Read-only
Claude can read your SponsorFlo data but cannot create, edit, send, or delete anything. To change a deal, agreement, or deliverable, open it in SponsorFlo from the link in Claude’s answer.
One workspace, your permissions
The connector reads only the workspace you chose when you connected, and only what your own SponsorFlo account can see there.
Short lists
Lists come back 25 records at a time and Market questions return up to eight brands, so Claude summarizes rather than exporting your database. Use SponsorFlo’s CSV exports for full lists.
Pace
SponsorFlo limits how fast one person and one workspace can read through the connector. If Claude says it is being limited, wait a minute and ask again.
SponsorFlo sends Claude only the records a question needs, read as you, from the workspace you connected. SponsorFlo never sees your Claude conversation: it receives the tool Claude calls and that call's filters, such as a date range or a company name. Each call is logged in SponsorFlo with who made it, the workspace, the AI app, the tool, how many records came back, and the outcome; the filters themselves are stored only as a fingerprint. Claude handles the answers under your Claude account's settings. Read SponsorFlo's privacy policy.
In SponsorFlo, go to Settings → Integrations → AI assistants and click Disconnect next to Claude. Access stops right away, and Claude has to ask you to sign in again before it can read anything. You can also remove SponsorFlo in Claude under Customize → Connectors.
Email support@sponsorflo.ai with what you asked Claude and roughly when, and the SponsorFlo team will look at the request on our side. If Claude shows a sign-in or connection error, disconnect SponsorFlo in Claude, connect it again, and choose your workspace.
No. The SponsorFlo connector is read-only: Claude can look up companies, deals, agreements, deliverables, inventory, sponsor value, and decks, but it cannot create, edit, send, or delete anything. Every SponsorFlo tool is marked read-only in Claude, and to change a record you open it in SponsorFlo from the link in the answer.
Anyone with a SponsorFlo account who is an active member of a workspace can connect it, on any Claude plan. Claude sees only what that person can see in SponsorFlo, so a teammate whose role hides agreement values gets answers without them.
Each connection reads one workspace, chosen on the SponsorFlo sign-in screen. To read a different workspace, disconnect SponsorFlo and connect again, then pick the other workspace.
No. Company answers include how many contacts a sponsor has, never names, emails, or phone numbers. Internal floor prices on inventory are never returned either.
Yes. The same connector URL works as a custom connector in ChatGPT and Grok. The steps for each app are in SponsorFlo under Settings → Integrations → AI assistants.
Claude asks you to sign in again when your SponsorFlo sign-in has expired, when the connection was disconnected in SponsorFlo, or when you no longer belong to the workspace you connected. Sign in and choose a workspace you can still open.
Email support@sponsorflo.ai with what you asked Claude and roughly when. SponsorFlo logs each connector call, so the team can find your request and see what happened.
Your connector URL and the list of AI apps you have connected are in SponsorFlo under Settings → Integrations → AI assistants.
