How SponsorFlo writes and reviews content
SponsorFlo publishes sponsorship guides, templates, free tools, and industry news for organizations that sell sponsorships and the brands that buy them. This page explains who writes that content, how AI is used, and how we check facts.
Who writes SponsorFlo content?
The SponsorFlo team writes and reviews the guides, templates, tools, and news on this site for teams, events, venues, and nonprofits that sell sponsorships. When a page shows a reviewer and a review date, that person checked the page on that date.
How does SponsorFlo use AI in its content?
SponsorFlo uses AI to draft sponsorship news summaries from public reporting and to help draft and edit guides. AI drafts are never published automatically.
A named editor reviews every AI draft against its sources, edits it, and publishes it under their own name. Drafts that are not reviewed stay unpublished.
How are facts and numbers checked?
Every statistic names its source and date in the same sentence, and news articles list the reports they summarize. Our publishing tool blocks a draft that contains invented frameworks or first-person experience claims until an editor removes them.
We do not publish customer counts, testimonials, or results we cannot verify.
How are SponsorFlo product claims handled?
Product pages describe what SponsorFlo does today. When a capability is planned rather than built, we leave it off the page instead of describing it as available.
How do I report a mistake?
Email the reviewer named on the page, or support@sponsorflo.ai, with the page link and what looks wrong. When SponsorFlo confirms an error, we correct the page and update its review date.
